JAWELLE SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
JAWELLE currently ships within Australia.
Free standard delivery is available to eligible Australian addresses. If your address is eligible, “Free Standard Delivery” will appear during checkout.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
PROCESSING
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Once your order has entered fulfilment, we might be unable to change its contents or delivery address. Please review all information carefully before completing checkout.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Any delivery timeframe displayed during checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, postcode, carrier capacity, public holidays, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Regional and remote addresses may require additional time.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after dispatch.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an error, contact jawelleinfo@gmail.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
DELAYS, LOST ORDERS AND DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
We will work with the fulfilment partner and carrier to investigate. If the order is confirmed as lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
